Your privacy

Some people are still keeping their faith private, and that is completely okay. Rafiq is built so you can use it quietly, and so there is almost nothing about you to find.

We never sell or share your data

Rafiq is free and carries no advertising and no third-party trackers. We do not sell, rent, or share anything about you with anyone. There is no advertiser or data broker in the middle — and because we hold so little, there would be nothing to sell even if we wanted to.

No account — nothing kept

You can use Rafiq without a name, an email, a phone number, or a password. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to log in to. Because we never ask who you are, there is no profile of you being built and nothing that ties your visit back to you.

Your questions are not stored long

When you ask a question, it is used to look up the answer and then let go. We do not keep a history of your questions linked to you. We may briefly remember which verses were fetched so the tool is faster next time — but that is about the verses, not about you.

Safe to use quietly

You can open Rafiq from any browser, read what you need, and close the tab knowing almost nothing is left behind. If you share a device with family, opening a private (incognito) window adds one more layer of quiet. This is meant to be a private space for your first questions.

If you ever have a question about your privacy here, you can ask a person you trust at your local mosque — Rafiq is meant to sit alongside that community, not replace it.
